General
All in stock merchandise will be processed and shipped within 3 business days that is Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Orders being shipped to a P.O. Box, APO or FPO will be shipped via United States Postal Service. We use UPS, FEDEX and USPS. If the item(s) you have selected are out of stock or if more information is needed to process your order, you will receive an email from IRepCameroon.com and a phone call. Orders are subject to a delay until we receive any needed information.


Privacy
Security is a high priority for IRC. We only use private information you give us to process your order. IRC will never sell, share, rent, loan or distribute your information to any other company or third party.


Rush Orders
Please contact us by phone for rush orders. There is no guarantee for this option but if considered an extra charge might be included.


Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) as well as money orders and Paid by Cash www.paidbycash.com. To pay for your order with a money order: print a copy of your order number and specifics, do not forget to add item cost plus shipping cost and mail your money order to:

Shipping
Shipping FREE for all orders $50. And all other smaller orders for $4.99.


Orders from Canada
Shipping charges on Canadian orders are FREE for orders over $50 and just $9.99 for smaller orders. Items shipped to Canada will be shipped USPS and should be expected to arrive in 5 to 7 days.


Placing an Order
Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day 7 days a week or by phone during normal business hours. There is a chance during times of high call volume all lines may be busy, please leave us a message or call back in a few minutes.


Changing an Order
We encourage you to double check your order, we understand that you may want to make a change after the fact. If you desire to make a change, you must notify us within 24 hours by either email or phone. After 24 hours we can not guarantee your order can be changed.


Order Cancellations
Order cancellations must be done within 24 hours after placing an order. There will be a 25% restocking fee based on the price of the order (shipping is excluded).


Back Orders & Discontinued Items
We try very hard to keep ample supplies of our products on hand, however every so often we find ourselves out of stock. We will make every effort to contact you if the product you ordered is temporarily out of stock or a manufacturer delay. In either case you can substitute another item of equal or lesser value or get a refund.


Returns & Exchanges
We would be happy to refund or exchange most unused items. All items returned for refund must be received within 30 days of purchase. Please ship returned items to:
